May 18th: Universal Class becomes discoverable in OverDrive
Our custom link to Universal Class, https://midhudsonlibsysny.universalclass.com/, will remain in place. Users who directly access that link through your webpage or their own bookmarks should not experience any change. Universal Class will become discoverable OverDrive platforms on May 18th. This information was shared today, so we are getting this to you as soon as possible. We are still working on establishing a better understanding about the user experience in the OverDrive and Libby platform, particularly for existing Universal Class users. OverDrive “expects patrons to have continued access to any previous activity in their Universal Class account”. How that looks and is mapped into an OverDrive account is an outstanding question, that we are still working on them for answers on. I will follow up with you with more information and will also be updating the KB site as we find answers.
